This collaboration leverages wefox’s expertise as a leading distribution platform and service solution provider, with HDI Embedded offering extended coverage for damages post-manufacturer warranty at competitive premiums starting from 4.99 EUR monthly.
The initiative is part of Wind Tre’s broader strategy, following the recent launch of its insurance agency, Wind Tre Assicurazioni, aiming to enhance customer service and satisfaction by integrating innovative insurance solutions swiftly and effectively.
Executives from both companies have expressed enthusiasm for the partnership’s potential to transform customer experiences and expand market reach. Nelson Castellanos of HDI Embedded highlighted the role of digital solutions in driving the insurance market forward, while Fabrizio Scornavacchi of wefox emphasized the alignment of their technologies and customer-centric strategies.
